Project Cost Estimation: An approximate estimate of cost and time required to launch your product is generated by our business analyst.
Output for this Phase
In this phase, we iterate through all your product’s features, prioritizing them and organizing them on the project timeline. We also define the best technology stack and system architecture for the project.
Feedback Session(s): We assess your ideas and associated risks, we prioritize features and requirements, and we send you, our results.
Roadmap: Our roadmaps give a clear picture of the development process, covering both current and future tasks involved.
Technology & Architecture: We select the best technologies and the most appropriate architecture to reduce the chances of a refactoring in the near future.
Output for this phase
The final product is defined by user research and testing. Our designers will hold ideation sessions in order to come up with as many new angles and ideas as possible. At the end of this phase, we will be able to narrow down the ideas with which to define the product.
User Experience: Our design team determines user interaction with the product to accomplish their purpose quickly and intuitively.
User Interface: We will present a final view of the product, with focus on details and micro interactions.
Identity Design: We enhance your company’s identity elements to improve brand visibility and memorability.
Output for this phase
This phase sees our engineering team build your software product using defined technologies and architectures in line with the user experience and user interface designs.
Throughout the development stage, the software product will undergo several iterations to output its most desired version.
Databases & Cloud: Our development team will setup the required environment(s) for data storage, API hosting, cloud computing, etc.
Front-end Development: Our team craft beautiful and intuitive user interfaces to provide your users with an experience second to none.
Back-end: Our team of back-end system developers ensure that efficient and secure application business logic is put in place to ensure the software product runs smoothly on the available infrastructure.
Output for this phase
Our QA personnel perform automated and manual testing operations to assure the highest quality and standards were adhered to during development, and that the user experience is top notch.
Automated Testing: For higher deployment capacity and lower risk of regression, we employ an automated approach to software testing.
Manual Testing: To ensure that all features are functional as defined and users get the best experience possible, our QA team also carries out product checks by hand.
Security Testing: Our testing procedure also ensures the absence of any backdoors, vulnerabilities or potential data breaches when the product is live.
